CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

  • If the order you have placed has not been shipped then the same can be cancelled from the cancel option on the website thenailshop.in and the mobile applications – THE NAIL SHOP on Google Play Store and IOS. In addition to cancellations on the website and on the mobile application you can also call our customer support on 8877077057 (From Monday to Saturday between 10 am to 7 pm.) or write to as on customersupport@thenailshop.in .
  • In case of cancellations where the product/s has/have not been shipped your money shall be refunded into your bank account within a period of 5 working days. It may take about 2-3 additional days for the refund to reflect in your bank account from the date the refund is initiated.
  • In case of cancellations where the product has been shipped from the warehouse, the refund shall be initiated within 5 working days from the date the products return back to the warehouse. It may take about 2-3 additional days for the refund to reflect in your bank account from the date the refund is initiated.
  • In case of return/cancellation of product/ s  if:-
    a) The order has not been shipped – You shall be liable to pay 2%  of the invoice amount towards  gateway charges.
    b) The order has been shipped – You shall be liable to pay 2%  of the invoice amount towards  gateway charges.
    c) The order is a Cash on Delivery order received by you :- You shall bear the entire shipping and logistics charges.
    Please Note: The Cash on Delivery  & Shipping Charges shall solely  be decided by delivery partner only.
  • Discount vouchers are meant to be used one time only and the same shall be treated as used even if the order is cancelled. Loyalty points used shall be credited back to your account in case a cancellation is made.
  • Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for money under any circumstances.
  • Orders can be cancelled by logging into your account on the platforms under the ‘my order’ section by clicking cancel order.

MODIFICATION OF ORDER/S

Please note: Modifying the shipping address might increase or decrease the shipping charges on the order which the customer is bound to pay. The SHIPPING POLICIES as mentioned on all the platforms are applicable to you for all the orders placed with The Nail Shop.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS?

1) THE NAIL SHOP provides its clients with an easy return policy where one can raise a return/replacement/exchange request within 4 working days from the date of the delivery of the products. Even partial exchange and return of products are accepted by THE NAIL SHOP where you can raise a request for the same from the ‘My Order’ section of the website www.thenailshop.in and/or the Mobile Applications – THE NAIL SHOP on Google Play and IOS after one has logged in to their account.

2) One can also initiate a return and replacement request by writing to us and sending a picture of the product to be returned and replaced along with your order number on customersupport@thenailshop.in .

3) Products / Orders wherein return, replacement or exchange is initiated by the client, the products shall be picked up within 5 working days from the date of return, replacement or exchange request is initiated provided the seal or the product is not damaged and the seal, barcode and other stickers are intact.

4) Freebies given along with the order shall be returned back to THE NAIL SHOP if a return, replacement and exchange request is initiated.

5) Loyalty points used shall be credited back to the account within 5 working days in case the return option is initiated by the customer.

6) Replacement and/or Exchange shall always be subject to availability of the products. In case if a replacement or exchange is not possible due to non – availability of products due to whatsoever reasons then a refund shall be initiated by THE NAIL SHOP in the bank account of the client within a period 5 days from the date of exchange and/or replacement request is raised. It usually takes about 2-3 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account after the same has been initiated from our end.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED, RETURNED OR REPLACED

  • Products that are used or damaged by you.
  • Products that do not have the original packaging intact.
  • Products that do not bear its original packaging, seal, barcode, labels, freebies and other accessories with it.
  • Free products given by the brand.
  • Products that are altered or modified.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller’s warranty.
  • Products whose return, replacement, exchange, refund request is/are initiated after 5 days of receiving of the order.
  • Goods that cannot be returned, replaced, refunded and exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Please Note: Special return, exchange, refund rules may apply during Special Sale / Promotion periods.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS THAT ARE DAMAGED

Our teams do stringent quality checks before your products are shipped to you. However, if your products are damaged during shipment or in transit, you can then initiate return and refund or cancellation and refund request from the ‘my order’ section of the website www.thenailshop.in or the mobile applications – THE NAIL SHOP on Google Play or IOS by logging into your account.

Free products given with the order will have to be returned to THE NAIL SHOP once the return, exchange, replacement, or refund option is initiated.
